    No — LawnJob.com is a cashless, contactless payment service. All billing is handled securely through credit card only. This ensures full liability protection for both you and your LawnJob.com operator, and guarantees that your operator is paid electronically for each cut. If you’d like to tip your operator in cash, that’s always appreciated — but all service payments must go through our booking and billing system in compliance with LawnJob.com policy.
  • Why is there a $2.50 service fee?
    Your LawnJob.com operator is an independent small business owner and doesn’t pay franchise fees during the off-season. The small $2.50 fee simply helps keep our booking and billing system running smoothly, so your lawn service stays easy, reliable, and hassle-free.
  • How does billing work?
    On-demand cuts are prepaid at booking — no card on file needed. For weekly or biweekly plans, billing happens on the last day of your scheduled service each month. A credit card on file is required for these plans and can be securely saved in your profile settings.
  • Can I cancel a cut?
    Yep — cancel any time before your operator arrives. No penalties or fees.
  • What areas do you service?
    We’re rolling out across BC and beyond. If you’ve received a flyer, LawnJob.com is already in your area and ready for you to book. Not in a service area yet? Send your details to info@lawnjob.com and we’ll let you know as soon as we launch near you.

  • Do I need to be home when the lawn is cut?
    Not at all! Just make sure the gate is unlocked and pets are secured — we’ll handle the rest.
  • How do I choose my lawn size?
    If you received a flyer, you’ll see a pre-selected check mark showing the lawn size our LawnJob.com operator has assigned for your neighborhood. If you believe the size is incorrect, you can email info@lawnjob.com or select “Custom/Quote” in the ordering system (no charge). We’ll send a local LawnJob.com operator to confirm your size and provide an updated price..
  • How do I book a cut?
    Simply visit LawnJob.com, choose your lawn size, select how often you’d like it cut (on-demand, weekly, or biweekly), and pick your start date. Booking takes less than a minute, and you’ll get an instant confirmation. On mobile, be sure to download the app when prompted — after that, rebooking is as easy as a single click. It’s quick, secure, and hassle-free, so you can enjoy your yard while we handle the work.
  • Do you edge and blow after mowing?
    Yes. Every standard cut includes mowing, light edging, and blowing grass off sidewalks and driveways.
  • Can I request a specific time for my cut?
    When booking, you’ll see a range of available times to choose from. Selecting one secures your spot for that day, but the actual cut time may vary based on your local LawnJob.com operator’s schedule. You’ll receive a confirmation at the time of booking, but we don’t send notifications when your operator is on the way. Rest assured, your lawn will always be completed on your scheduled day.
  • What services do you offer?
    We keep it simple: expert lawn cuts with edging and clean-up included. No upsells or confusing packages.
  • What if it rains on my scheduled cut?
    We’ll reschedule automatically for the next clear day — no need to lift a finger.
  • Do you bag the grass clippings?
    We use your green waste bin when available. If not, we’ll provide a LawnJob.com reusable bag for $2.50 — eco-friendly and hassle-free.
